Silks Yum Cha is a favourite of mine. The food is exquisite, very balanced and delicious. The $55 yum cha tray is exceptional value. The only negative was that we had to ask a waitperson to take our order. We waited quite a while before requesting our order be taken, our table felt forgotten. Good food, but expensive, we would have liked to have the option of a whole or half duck pecking pancake option on the menu.

Every dish was good, nothing spectacular, but my local chinese does all these dishes cheaper and easier to get too! No complaints, but nothing to rave about either.
