Took a friend to Wolf Creek Lodge new name for a celebration dinner. She had Rocky Mountain Oysters, which were not only presented attractively, but she assured me were delish.

Main meals were grilled pork chops with garlic mashed baby red spuds, and green beans prepared perfectly. I had the sirloin, which was also cooked perfectly. They took this simple steak dinner to new heights. Our server, Tami was awesome, professional and tended to us well.

Her suggestions were spot on, and we were not a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is country casual, antler chandeliers, and warm. The place is a little difficult to find, but Google gave good directions. Wolf Creek Lodge is well worth the price, and is frankly the best restaurant in Spokane! A group of 5 of us had a birthday dinner here this evening. We had a reservation, so it was a short wait before our table was ready. When "brandy" the waitress appeared, my mother had a question about the drink list.

The waitress had no idea what the drink prices were or really what the range of prices was. The steak was good. The baked potato was alright, it was lacking in flavor, even being piled with sour cream, bacon and chives. We all wished we'd picked that over salad. Towards the end of dinner out waitress disappeared. We waited minutes for someone to come by. No waitresses even came into our section during this time.

Finally, a different waitress appeared and asked if we needed boxes and also brought the check. The steak had great flavor, it's something you should try at least once. The service left something to be desired. How sad that a restaurant with such good reviews turned out to be such a dud. It was our first experience going there and we will not return. Waitress was new and had no idea about the wines or bar service. Steaks were adequate. The service and portions were minimal at best. Bread was a roll sliced into four pieces.

Vegetables were undercooked. We ended up eating a dry salad since dressing seemed to be MIA. Once food was served waitress disappeared and was only seen to drop off check. The drinks that were short poured.

When the steak and baked potato arrived the same thing as the salad dressing, maybe a tablespoon of sour cream, and once again the waitress was no where to be found!. At all cost avoid and find another restaurant. You'll be hard pressed to find a steak as tasty as what you get from Wolf Lodge Steakhouse. There are two locations The atmosphere is very casual, the side dishes will soon be forgotten, just go for the best steak you'll ever have.

However the cocktails were consistent and delicious. The filet mignon was amazing!!! Definitely worth A really great steak house! The meat and dinner were excellent. Very tender and tasty meet, perfectly cooked.
